Credit Cards through PayPal.com Visa, MasterCard and other credit cards are accepted via Paypal.com. This is an easy to use application that allows you to securely send money to Haven Designs. This service allows us to accept credit card orders without obtaining any personal information from you. It is a secure site and will keep all personal information confidential. You must be a member to use the service, but membership is free and extremely easy to register. After signing up, you simply enter our email address, havendesigns369@aol.com, and the dollar amount. The money is then charged to your credit card of choice and sent to us. The transaction takes seconds to complete and again, is safe and secure. ORDERING INFORMATION Please use the "Add to Cart" and "View Cart" buttons at the bottom of each item to make your purchases. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. Shipping and Handling

We will ship your order within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. However, in the case of personal checks, we ship 10 days following the

deposit of the check.

We offer the following shipping methods:

US Priority Mail

Standard UPS Ground

We are not responsible for items shipped that are uninsured.

We strongly suggest that your item be insured against loss or damage. If you decide to ship via USPS, insurance is additional.

UPS shipment includes insurance.

RETURNS

We aim for your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

We must be notified, via email or fax, within 3 days if you are returning an item.

Pillows may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping charges, and paypal fees) if they are in the same condition as when they left Haven Designs. For 30 days after that, it would be for credit only.

Products are not refundable if they have been damaged in any way.
